Systems a council can actually hand over.
Lobby entry, parkade gates, bike rooms, storage cages and elevator floor control. Documented so that when the property manager changes, the building does not lose track of how its own security works.
Every door the building depends on.
One contractor for the entry, the access, the cameras and the cable behind them, so the council has one number and nobody gets to blame the other trade when a door stops unlocking.
Lobby intercom
Entry panels that route calls to residents' mobiles. Adding a name to the directory is a two minute job, not a service call and a ladder.
- Mircom and Akuvox
- Integrates with the access system
Fobs and card access
When somebody moves out or loses a fob, you lock that fob out in about ten seconds instead of rekeying a building.
- ICT, Kantech and CDVI
- Full audit trail of every entry
Parkade, bike room, storage
Gate, garage and elevator control, with per-door and per-person scheduling so each resident gets the doors they should.
- Gate and garage control
- Elevator floor control
Parkade and perimeter cameras
Placed for faces, plates and choke points, then recorded somewhere you can actually pull footage from at 7am when the police ask for it.
The network underneath
Cameras, controllers and intercom panels all live on the network. We terminate to standard, label every run and leave a rack you can actually work in.
The manager changes. The building should not forget.
Most buildings do not know how their own security is put together. The installer left, the manager moved on, and the only record is in somebody's head. We leave drawings and zone lists on site, and set up fob management the manager can run without us.
- Drawings and zone lists left on site
- Fob management the manager can run
- Every door and zone individually labelled
Repair first, replace only when it is time.
We service a lot of equipment we did not install. If the platform is still supported and parts are available, repairing is almost always cheaper than replacing, and we will tell the council that before we quote anything bigger.
- Service on systems we did not install
- A straight answer on repair versus replace
Relays, gates and entries that keep working.
Gate and entry control lives in a service room most residents never see. When it is wired and labelled properly, the next service call is a short one.
- Gate, garage and elevator control
- Per-door and per-person scheduling
What helps us quote a building.
Send what you know
The address, roughly how many units and entry doors, and photos of the existing panels or intercom if there are any.
We walk the building
We come out, look at the property and give you a written quotation at no cost. Commercial and strata work depends on the cabling more than the devices.
A realistic schedule
You get a realistic schedule with the quotation rather than an optimistic one to win the job, so the council can plan around it.
Tell us about the building.
We come out, look at the property and tell you what we would do and what it costs. No charge for the visit.
