Home security designed around your house, not sold in a box.

Most residential systems are sold as a box in a kit. We design around your actual property: where somebody would come in, where the driveway is, where the network needs to reach. Then one crew installs it and the same crew services it afterwards.

How we think about a house

The questions nobody asks until year four.

A homeowner cannot see most of what makes a system good. These are the parts we are careful about.

Not a box in a kit

Designed for this address.

The same kit for every house gets you sensors where they are easy to mount, not where somebody would come in. We walk the property first: the doors, the windows at ground level, the driveway, and where the panel can live.

When the power drops

Still reporting when the lights are out.

An alarm that dies with the power, or only reports over the internet, goes quiet exactly when it matters. Every panel we install has battery backup, and cellular reporting means cutting the phone line achieves nothing.

  • Battery backup on every panel
  • Cellular and IP reporting

Year four

The crew that installs it services it.

Anyone can hang a camera. The question is who answers the phone in year four when it stops working. Places we wired in our first decade are places we still service, because somebody here still knows how the system was put together.

Inherited an alarm?

Somebody else's panel is not a reason to start over.

We service a lot of equipment we did not install. If the platform is still supported and parts are available, repairing is almost always cheaper than replacing, and we will say so. Send us a photo of the keypad and the panel, and we will tell you what you are working with.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

Tell us about the house

Call, or send the form with a few photos. Pictures of the property or the existing equipment help us quote accurately.

We come out and look

We walk the property and give you a written quotation at no cost. If what you have only needs a repair, that is what we quote.

One crew installs it

A house is typically one to two days. We leave it labelled and documented, and we are the number you call afterwards.

Homeowners ask

Before you call.

Do I have to sign a monitoring contract?

We offer 24/7 alarm monitoring and most clients take it, but the installation and the monitoring are separate decisions. If you want the system without monitoring, that is a conversation, not a problem.

What happens if the power or the internet goes down?

Every panel we install has battery backup, and the alarm reports over cellular as well as IP, so losing the internet or the phone line does not take the alarm offline.

Can I see my cameras on my phone?

Yes. The camera systems we install can be viewed from your phone, anywhere, and the recordings are kept somewhere you can actually pull footage from when you need it.

How long does an install take?

A house is typically one to two days. We will give you a realistic schedule with the quotation rather than an optimistic one to win the job.

Do you charge for the visit?

No. We come out, look at the property and give you a written quotation at no cost.
