We install what we can service. If a manufacturer stops supporting a line, or gets pulled out of the Canadian market, we tell you before it goes on the wall rather than three years later when a board fails and there is nothing to replace it with.
We do not chase the cheapest box.
Parts on the shelf
We stock spares for what we install. A failed board on a Friday should not mean waiting three weeks for a shipment from overseas.
Sold in Canada, legally
Some manufacturers have been restricted or removed from the Canadian market. We keep track of that so your building is not left holding equipment nobody will support.
No hostage hardware
Standard platforms another qualified installer could take over if you ever wanted them to. We would rather keep you because the service is good.
